1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Products must be returned within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

  • For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on products that have been opened or used.

2. How to Request a Return

  • Once approved, you will receive return instructions.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

3. Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • If you received a promotional discount on your order, your refund will reflect the discounted price.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • We will provide a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

5. Exchanges

  • We currently do not offer direct product exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order.

6. Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards, promotional items, and free gifts cannot be returned or refunded.
